Dr. Diaz completed his Medical Degree at Universidad Central del
Caribe in Puerto Rico in 1988, and finished his Family Medicine Residency program in San Pablo Hospital in 1991. He has been Board Certified in Family Medicine from 1991 till present. He moved to Nebraska in 1996, where he started his private practice.
Dr. Diaz relocated to Melbourne Florida in 2015 and has practiced in the area since then. Dr. Diaz is fluent in Spanish and English and enjoys caring for patients of all ages.
