Dr. Lopez graduated magna cum laude from the University of Puerto Rico in 2002 and earned her medical degree from Ponce School of Medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine residency and Rheumatology fellowship at the University of Puerto Rico, where she later served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Rheumatology. Her academic work includes multiple manuscripts and research projects focused on lupus and autoimmune diseases. Dr. Lopez has been board certified in Rheumatology since 2011 and is a Fellow of the American College of Rheumatology. She is also a member of the Florida Society of Rheumatology and the Brevard County Medical Society.
Dr. Lopez has been proud to serve the Brevard County community since 2014. She is dedicated to providing high quality, compassionate care and to improving quality of life for patients living with rheumatic and autoimmune conditions.
